Why is my front dash HVAC not working?

See the evaporator coil is on the positive side of the system not the negative.. so if a fan is set at full tilt it will push the water moloclues thru. Where in normal operation it is suppose to collect them and dry out the air. Which is the start to the refrigeration process.
