Why does one HWH Jack not go down?

That bolt is for the pressure switch on AUTO level HWH systems. NOT used and is just a PLUG. I have NEVER seen a Jack (HWH) NOT fully extend for any type defect. There is 3000 psi of pressure on the system. AT the solenoid for THAT stuck jack, crack the line nut open and see if the jack retracts (fluid will squirt out).

Why does the passenger side Jack not go down?

Well, I worked on the system over the weekend and the result is that 3 of the jacks (both rear jacks and the driver side front jack) all extend and completely retract as they should. The passenger side front jack is still the problem. In cycling the system several times, the passenger side jack has come down about 3 inches. However, that is it.

What should I do if my hydraulic jacks are not working?

It may even be as simple as a blown fuse. However, if you hear the jacks attempting to operate but nothing is happening, it’s likely a more complicated mechanical issue. Attempt to operate the jacks independently to see whether you have a problem with the whole system or whether it is limited to the front jacks or rear jacks.

Why is my HWH leveling system Jack not retracting?

All the information you need can be found on their web site. My first guess would be the corresponding solenoid is stuck in a slightly open position, or not closing all the way. However, the first thing I would do is with the jacks down is to spray the seal on the jacks with WD-40.
