Why are the taps in my bathroom not working?

Anything else, like a jammed/broken premix thermostat should have stopped the shower and bath from working. No taps underneath the sink. Don’t see any sign off water leakage, though that would proably be at the unit below me 😮 Maybe it’s got somthing to do with my water heater a pipe not supplying water to the sink for some reason.
