Are there brake lights out on a Freightliner pusher?
I have a 99 Newmar, Dutch Star, pusher. Went for a state inspection found I have two brake lights out. One in the center up high is working. I have checked everything at my level. Why are my brake lights red on my Freightliner?

Is your Freightliner chassis red stop and turn signals (3 way circuit) or does it have separate amber turn signals (4 way circuit). If you have red turn and stop lights I would suspect either a fuse or the turn signal multi-switch assembly.
Why are my brake lights not working on my truck?

Problem fixed got home doing a walk around on the truck and noticed something hanging a couple of inches from the driveshaft. Turns out it was the complete block where the AMU sensor is located with all the air lines.

Why are the brake lights not working but the tail lights are?
Blown out light bulbs are the most common reason for why the brake lights not working but the tail lights are. Remove the screws from the bulb lens (which you can access through the trunk or see your vehicle repair manual to get the exact location). Push the bulbs and turn them counterclockwise to remove from the socket.
