The work was done by Cummins Atlantic in Cloverdale, VA, a shop I would highly recommend. The early 2000 Cummins ISC engines only had one fuel filter – positioned AFTER the lift pump. Consequently, any foreign material that was pumped from the fuel tank went through the lift pump before it was filtered.
