With so many cans of drinks, do you need to spend a month earning 1,000? 3

I want to collect soda cans to earn money for college and my goal is to make 1,000.

I live in Michigan so I earn 10 cents a can.

1. How many cans of soda do you need to make 1,000?

2. How many cans of lemon water do you think I can collect each month to reach my goal and for how many months?

Dividing $ 1,000 by 0.10 (ten cents) means 10,000 cans!

If you take 10 cans a day ... it will take 1,000 days to reach $ 1,000

If you take 100 cans a day ... it will take 100 days to reach $ 1,000

My brother and I recycle (only what we drink) and our average is $ 100 every two months.
