Properly maintained deep-cycle batteries should last for 6 or more years. Unfortunately some RV owners replace RV batteries every year or two. Extending battery life is not difficult; it just requires some basic care & maintenance.

Major problems with material on recliners in these units fabric peeling off cushions and company using expired warranty as an excuse (ours is 2017 model but purchased in 2018) – even though they and dealers admit this is not just a one-of issue, its on ongoing problem! Is the Cedar Creek logo on the step?
They put at Cedar Creek logo it up on the step what’s the problem with that is when you go in the door you tend to kick it and bend the letters. And of course the Rv king mattress was hard as a rock and I had to install at 3 inch foam topper on it. I can definitely tell that they put a lot of thought into designing this RV.
Why did my Forest River 5th Wheel dryer stop working?
The dealer assured us that it would fit fine, but it is SO crammed in there that the dryer vent is smashed nearly flat and the dryer stopped working within 2 months with a code that the manufacturer says indicated the motor is blocked and is overheating. Clearly we are frustrated and unhappy with all the quality (LACK THEREOF) issues in this unit.

Where is the battery on a 5th wheel RV?
On 5th wheels the battery is usually located in the front or side storage compartments. If it is not there, I would check under the stairs and underneath the rest of the RV. Some manufactures would put them in a box that is mounted to the frame and can only be accessed by crawling underneath the unit.
