Electronics (like lights and navigation) worked on my [2001 4.4 V8 Sports pkg w / nav] after about 40,000 miles. BMW didn't do that, last time it was well taken care of when my X5 covered 150km and it was awesome, but yes, awesome car!
I have one that lasts up to 125,000 until I destroy it. This is a good car. Are people saying BMW is unreliable? If you take good care of them (SP, for oil change, at least bring moderate quality) then they can keep bugs.
