I love to put on a diaper and go to the movie theater and get a large coke and wet my diaper during the movie, I always get a smile on my face when I do. The easiest way to do this is to turn your pants inside out, pinch out the excess fabric and baste. Try them on again and if you like your adjustment, make sure to transfer it to your pattern piece. You will reduce the width of the inseam on both the front and back pattern pieces.
