What exactly is the age of the initial license? 3
I've signed up for car insurance, I don't really understand what the term means. Is it a license or a general pass? And what is the root of this problem?
This means the age at which you obtained your first regular driver's license (not your student driver's license).
You want to know how long you have been driving (how much driving experience you have). Like it or not, if you want insurance, you should (really) answer all your questions.
In particular, they want to know how long you can check your driving record. For example, a person who has had 2 accidents in 20 years has a lower risk than a person who has had 2 accidents in 8 years.
Just like it says ... at what age did you get your first driver's license?
